    Is this the correct information for Saturday...

    "Saturday 11:00 to set up for 2:00 show and help arrange vehicles for Pit Party that will include your Rig. Once the Pit Party is over you will set up for the night show."

    I should be able to help that morning/afternoon, but not 100% sure for that night - just want to clear with the "boss" before I commit all day.

    That is the time. We need a large group on Saturday. We have around 10 people as it stands we can use up to 12.
