    This is one of the best out of town trips to make.

    For your convenience, here are the directions to Barnwell Mountain:

    DIRECTIONS:

    I-49 to Shreveport
    Exit at 3132 West to I-20 West
    Exit (Texas) 599 off of I-20 West Longview, Tx.
    On to E 281 Loop (go 6.6 miles).
    Merge right North on 259 (go 12.3 miles)
    Left on Highway 154 at Exxon station on the left ( go 11.4 miles).
    ------To go to hotel turn left on 271 Executive Inn .7 miles on the right.
    ------To go to park, turn right on 271 stay in right lane for 2 blocks - right on 155
    (go 5 miles to top of hill) look for green sign on the left BARNWELL MOUNTAIN ORV PARK entrance on the right comes up very quickly. Look out for drainage ditch.


    DIRECTIONS FROM PARK TO HOME:

    Exit Barnwell turn left on 155 (go 5 miles).
    Left on Hwy. 271 for a block or two.
    Left on 154 East (go 11.4 miles).
    Right at Exxon station to 259 South (go 12.3 miles).
    Go past Hollywood Theater, turn to East 281 Loop, will see Longview water tower ( go 6.6 miles), continue on 281 to I-20 East.
    Go home depressed!!!!!
